INITIAL HEALTH COACHING ASSESSMENT 

60-minutes – £95

Let us understand your current wellbeing picture – mood, anxiety, stress, sleep, eating, movement, screen time, social support and medical background – alongside your mental health goals and what’s driving your desire for change.

CHANGE PHASE 

Weekly 50-minute Sessions 

  • Building momentum, self-efficacy and trust that you can change
  • Reviewing strategies to initiate behaviour change around: sleep, food, movement, self-care, boundaries, digital habits and emotional regulation
  • More intensive support as new behaviours and habits develop

STABILISE PHASE

Fortnightly 50-minute Sessions 

  • Shift from intensive change to consolidation and relapse prevention
  • Tracking emails sent to your coach for a brief check-in on the ‘off’ week
  • Coach responds with reflective questions, small challenges and motivation to keep you on track
