Learn skills to manage relationships + emotions in a healthier way

Counselling offers a space where you can feel heard, accepted and safe. It allows you to speak about your problems and issues with a trained professional who is unbiased and non-judgemental.

Your counsellor will encourage you to talk through your what is happening, so you develop a deeper insight into what is going on for you.

Your counsellor will help you develop some skills and tools to challenge any unhelpful thinking, and support you in accessing and managing emotions, so you become empowered to resolve the problems you bring.

Counselling is also a space for personal development, not just crisis management. Many people come to counselling who want to develop greater self-confidence, so they can move forwards more effectively in life with greater levels of happiness.

Feel well

Tell us what is going on for you, and let us explain how we can help

The current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) global situation is affecting us all.

We understand that the uncertainty and disruption to daily life this brings, can be an extra burden for people who are already struggling with anxiety, depression and other aspects of mental health.

All of our therapists are experienced in delivering remote sessions using Zoom, Skype and FaceTime, which means your therapy can continue online without disruption.

Our four central London locations currently remain open, and we are happy to see you in person as well.

Please book a call with our friendly and experienced assessment team who can explain how remote sessions can work for you.

We value creating a personal therapy that is tailored to your specific needs and requirements, and this month we have a Spring Promotion to provide greater access to our services.

Therapy is a space where you can work through challenging patterns, stressful relationships and compulsive behaviours that are limiting your life in some way.

We want to support people who struggle with their mental wellbeing and teach them new skills to manage situations in a healthier way.

What issues can i bring to counselling?

Counselling is a space where you can bring any stress, anxiety or worries you have about life.

What are counselling sessions like?

The relationship you build with your counsellor is the most important factor that can determine a successful outcome in counselling. That is why we ask all new counselling clients to attend a Free 30 Minute Session to meet their counsellor.

This way you get a sense of how they can support you, and visit our practice to see if the counselling space feels comfortable, before you make an informed decision to move ahead with sessions.

  • Sessions are 50-minutes in length
  • Weekly therapy commitment
  • Short-term, to medium-term length work
  • You will agree the length and focus of your sessions.

You will be encouraged to talk about your problems or issues, express your emotions as you experience them, and develop an awareness to notice the thoughts you have.

Your counsellor will listen to you carefully, reflect back what they have heard, ask questions to help you explore things further and show empathy for your feelings and experience.

Counselling will help you develop new skills and tools so you can manage life better. Some of the results you may experience are a clearer idea of how to move forwards, greater confidence in how to manage relationships, healthier ways to manage stress or anxiety, and greater ease in making positive choices for your life.
