  • Feeling tense before meetings, emails or difficult conversations
  • Struggling to switch off at the end of the day
  • Feeling underappreciated, unsupported or trapped
  • Avoiding conflict but feeling resentful
  • Saying yes when you need to say no
  • Feeling your confidence drop after criticism or pressure
  • Snapping at people you care about
  • Sleeping poorly because your mind is still at work
  • Wondering whether the problem is you, the workplace, or both

Work stress can affect more than your working day. It can shape your mood, identity, relationships, self-worth and health behaviours. Therapy helps you understand the stress cycle, clarify what is within your control, and build more sustainable ways of responding.
