Trauma Therapy Support
Private therapy for people experiencing the emotional impact of trauma, overwhelm, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown or feeling unsafe in themselves, relationships or the world around them.
Trauma does not always look dramatic from the outside. Many people continue functioning while privately struggling with exhaustion, anxiety, emotional numbness or constant alertness.
